This is a platter that includes a combination of pan-fried Asian style dumplings with shrimp & pork filling, and Braised Korean pork belly (bossam) & Indonesian style roasted pork belly served with kimchi and achar. My favourite dish in this platter is the bossam, which was really tender. Loved the tangy kimchi too!
Similar to the pizza, it was our first time seeing blue pasta too! This is a handmade butterfly pea flower pappardelle pasta served with shrimps, garlic and chilli flakes. The pasta was al-dente, and not overwhelmingly garlicky, but overall we felt it was a little under-seasoned.
This was really yummy! The shakshuka itself is already pretty indulgent, but the eggs added even more richness to the dish! And it went so well with the buttered toast too!
This was our first time seeing blue pizza, and we weren’t sure what to expect! To our pleasant surprise, this was delicious! It’s a pizza naturally coloured with butterfly pea flower, topped with shrimps, honey baked ham, pineapple and mozzarella. The dough had a nice bite to it, and the toppings went harmoniously well together!
