Tried this crab special, which came with a lot more crab than I anticipated. It was finished off with a blowtorch, which lent a layer of complexity to the delicious porridge I made after my meal.

Tried the sharing sushi platter at Ichiban Sushi. $25.80 for two excluding GST and SC. Came with 10 types of sushi including salmon, unagi, tuna and aburi fish. Portion is good, ok for casual dining.

Love the Salmon Sakura Roll... Alot of restaurants are selling it at $6.90 as well but the portion given is only half the ones I get here... Other than fresh tasting salmon the unagi roll and fried salmon skin also comes in a larger quantity but not just it's quantity is worth dining there... The taste and service of the staff who assisted us were friendly and is prompt with the overall service... Not all commercialized restaurants are so bad after all... ;) This outlet worth a re-visit
