My breakfast for the day; Uot = Vietnamese for "Wet". They don't use "Soup".
Great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Amazing soup base, great noodle texture.
Similar soup base to Hu Tiu, but with a change in noodle type (skinny yellow) and ingredients (wanton). The "Q" on the noodles was perfect. Their wanton didn't do much for me; guess I've been spoilt by the Singaporean version.
