Hopscotch (Capitol Singapore)

The drinks here are crazily creative and fun, and the food was surprisingly good. The service staff were really nice also, taking the time to explain the inspiration and flavours in the cocktails.

The place is also very comfortable and cosy, so it's a nice place to relax with friends with good food and even better drinks!!

pictured is The Homecoming, ($20ish) which was our fav cocktail of the night. the cloud was cotton candy, and the cocktail itself was not toooo sweet, and was reminiscent of chng tng. had a lovely time here and the rest of the food was good as well, but the cocktails really stood out.

each cocktail is so unique - it’s like visiting a museum, before you consume each cocktail the server explains the backstory, inspiration, and ingredients. simply wonderful

The cocktails were innovative and delicious, featuring creative twists on local flavors. The intimate atmosphere and tasteful decor added to the experience.

The cocktails at Hopscotch were presented beautifully and tasted great along with unique takes on Singaporean flavours. The ribs was tender as well.

Was looking forwards to their drinks, but the food was surprisingly good! The pangium beef bourguignon was perfectly simmered and mashed potatoes were velvety. Love their tangyuan inspired cocktail and highly recommend the calamari as well

We went during a weekday dinnee and ordered some mains and cocktails. Heard of their rave reviews on their cocktails and decided to give it a try. it was super fanciful and we liked it.

The chilli lobster linguine was our favourite, tasted like chilli crab but in a pasta form.
