We recently went on our own tour of the farms around Kranji and stopped by Hay Dairies to feed and pet some goats. I really liked this chocolate goats milk! To my surprise, it wasn’t too “goaty” and it had a yummy mild chocolate taste. Apparently, the “goaty” smell only occurs if the buck goes near the doe during milking time.
It was definitely an interesting trip where we learnt a lot about Singapore’s local agriculture supply.
Fresh and creamy but not very much different from fresh cow milk
