The beef is just amazing... Best I've ever eaten. Japanese boss/chef, Australian waiters/waitresses.

Yes, 250g was sheer greed but hey, I’m not in Japan every day. So we decided to go large. I must say that probably 150g and 250g to be shared between two would have been better. Towards the end, I was prey wagyu-ed out.

Stuffed with plenty of meat, they were a good pairing for the sake.

This was a refreshing start to our meal. You get a choice of dressing,French or Japanese. No prizes for what I chose.
