Best Ricotta Hotcakes I've tried so far! The Hotcakes were fluffy and light. The honeycomb butter went excellently with the maple syrup, bananas and Hotcakes. This is also the only Hotcakes I managed to finish on my own and still have room for desserts!

The soft and eggy type. Much larger than it looks. Comes with banana too. 🍌
Not sure if we caught them on a bad day, but these ricotta pancakes rated a 1 out of 3 to us. Why? Out of the 3 pancakes on our plate, 2 were burnt and had a slightly acrid taste; only the one on top was pillowy, fluffy, with nuggets of soft ricotta embedded in its body.
