Shit service with rude staff. French toast tasted so weird and doughy and they said it’s because their chef changed. So apparently if chef changes, we have to eat shit food? I fail to see how this is our problem. Refused to refund the food until we raised our voices a little and insisted. Also, I am a non-Chinese speaking lady who was with three Chinese friends. Everytime I spoke, they ignored me and only chose to speak with my three friends in Chinese. No apology or explanation beforehand to inform me that they prefer to conversate in Chinese. If you can’t speak basic English (which I believe you can) then why do you serve us customers in the first place?? Never coming again.

Matcha more milk base would prefer it to be more bitter

under seasonal menu also and my friend wanted to try one of their seasonal menu for tiramisu. same food review as below. Chocolate ice cream really melting off in very fast mood and didn't managed to eat finish for ice cream. The coffee powder topped on top of the pancake and really got strong taste for tiramisu.

(ard $23.80 include GST & service charge)

under seasonal menu and wanted to try it out for a long time but a bit ex for pancake pricing tbh. I felt that their pancake really so good stuff and addicting like fluffy and light aftertaste. Matcha syrup and ice cream really taste like milky and sweet tbh and do suggested to pair with hot black tea. The matcha ice cream really melting off in very fast mood and didn't managed to eat finish for ice cream. Managed to eat finish the pancake, red bean and strawberry only. If you all want to try their pancake, do try their premium signature souffle.

After an almost decade long hiatus from my default carb when I was younger, we randomly stumble upon Gram on a Sunday afternoon for a tea time treat.
I’ve had many pancakes in the past and these are right where good pancakes sit. The normal flat stacks are already great on its own with good complements like fresh cream that we polished.
If you want a higher protein content variant, go for the premium soufflé stack which is interestingly lighter on the palate and delicious.
No wonder these Japanese pancake houses were in vogue when they first arrived on shore our little red dot, Gram has proved their worth.
