The pork balls were quite firm, it's alright
Fishballs were the high quality factory ones
Soup was surprisingly decent
Ingredients were average, their usual unique spice blend for the noodle sauce, but the mee sua clumps tgt a lot, it's very difficult to eat and is not particularly good
Very average, soup and the fishballs lacked flavour
if youโve never had mee sua dry, youโre missing out. (well, at least thatโs how i felt ๐) relish in the al dente mee sua, tossed in vinegar, chilli, minced pork in a single mouth - simply appetite inducing. youโll finish it before you know it. itโs amazing how they managed to perfect the ratio of sauce to mee sua, since mee sua is naturally slightly salty! my go-to when iโm craving for dry version of noodles.
if you want a little oomph, try their ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐ฎ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ ๐ก๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ๐น๐ฒ ($๐ฑ.๐ฏ๐ฌ) that proves to have an apparent increase in spice thatโs both easily palatable and fragrant for spicy lovers. another fiery choice, ๐๐ฒ๐ถ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐น๐น ($๐ฑ.๐ฏ๐ฌ) has a mix of fishballs and meatballs, tossed in spicy spicy shrimp sauce. i love how the meatballs had a good bite to it, tasted unlike the frozen kind iโm used to, and was well paired with the sauce. a side dish thatโs worth the add-on!
Their spice blend is really unique, it's not particularly good but worth a try in the area. Out of the ingredients they were all okay, the meatball was not bad
Having it in house, it's clear the soup is tonkotsu style and not too bad, and it gets a bit of heat from the pork floss.
Quite different from what I had before taking away, not sure if they changed something
