There are 2 damn good carrot cake stalls here at GMM. Both with long queues during Sunday breakfast.
And GMCC here is one of the 2.
Had both their Black & White Carrot cake.
The white carrot cake has crispy egg but the $3 portion was rather small.
Overall, I'd preferred the black Carrot cake.
Also Avaliable at $4/$5 portion

My sister went to order Spicy version for carrot cake ($4) but auntie added double spicy and felt too much spicy for me tbh.
The queue at this popular stall starts at 6am, and only gets longer throughout the morning, until they sell out.
.
Still, the family-run stall operates with quick efficiency in clearing the queue, moving at a crisp pace in serving up plate after plate of their delicious carrot cake, moist and soft and eggy without being overly greasy.
.
I prefer the black version, a tossed messy pile where every bite has a bit of carrot cake, a bit of egg, and a lot of smoky sweet savoury salty eggy flavour. The white version is lovely, stacked in pancake squares that carry aromatic smoky savoury salty sweet eggy notes.

Good Morning, this time we’re exploring Ghim moh food market, starting our day with a simple Chinese Teo chew dish, Singapore Carrot Cake.
.
Ghim moh Carrot cake is one of best. The scrambled eggs and diced radish cakes are perfectly coated with sweet dark soy sauce, abundance of chye poh, delivering a good balance of sweet and salty nuances. The stall uses 100% vegetable oil, a healthier alternative!
