General's Lechon (Makati)

Need some getting use to as you might eat onto some sandy bits. The chili paste might be mixed with some dried fish. Remember to mix all together before eating. It made lots of different. Crispy and refreshing. The more you chewed, the more you will get use to. .

Lechon Set Meal come with iced tea (P120) .

Crispy skin and tender meat. Not trace of any porky smell. The spicy blend completely marinated into the meat which made it so good for white rice. 😱😱😱

One downfall was the store was so hidden. Upstairs of a petrol station! Even with google map, it took me awhile to look for the sign. .
