I guess the fish head curry claypot is their signature dish. Every other table has one of these. Comes in a standard size, there are lots of vegetables in it but the fish seems pretty limited $30. Taste wise, the first few mouthfuls wowed me but after when its not exactly piping hot, the fish becomes fishy fast. Har cheong gai was excellent, served hot and extremely tasty for 10 pcs at $12. We ordered satay as well to go along, which was good too!
Lots of yummy dishes in this eating house and I definitely come back soon.

The curry fish head could be very heavy dish, so I would recommend you to grab some vegetables as well.

Unlike those you find in other places which served dry version, this is actually their unique dish simmered with sweet, sour and spicy sauce.

Located behind this old school coffee shop under the big tree, Ga-Hock Seafood served some good tze char dishes here.

Their signature would be the curry fish head in one standard portion, enough for 2 pax and above.

Topped with lots of deep fried beancurd skins, the curry was delicious and tasty. The fish head comes in big portion but the taste a bit too fishy for me.

Curry Fish Head - $28
Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs - $12
Vegetable - $10

Able to call and place order in advance to pick up at a later time! 10/10 would recommend and the place was always crowded when dine-in was allowed.

Taste: 8/10

Good zi char with reasonably priced dishes. With the dearth of choices in the west, this is a go to if Iā€™m in the area. Fish head curry with crispy bean curd skin is a must order.
