Tried the Crispy Pork Belly Burger(\$5.50) which they are known for. Personally felt the sauce tasted weird. It\'s like a mixed of mustard and soya sauce. The Pork Belly is indeed crispy but tough. Felt that it\'s overcooked.<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
Again the amount of pork is ridiculously generous. Super Crispy broiled sio bak, and further crisped up on the iron plate, the chef makes sure to orient the pork in such a way that each bite contains the crackling skin. Also the fat is rendered out on the iron plate so everytime u squeeze the burger u get oil dripping out. Totally deserves the queue<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
A steady stream of customers, long queue coupled with 20 minutes waiting time does not deter me from getting my hands on this mouthwatering, incredibly crispy and tasty Sio Bak @ Hambaobao! 🤤<\/p>\n\n

Finally tried Hambaobao after hearing so many good things about it! It is super popular and food runs out mid-afternoon so best to go earlier 😛 <\/p>\n\n
Ordered the Crispy Pork Belly Burger and the Pulled Pork Burger + handcut fries. Tbh I had high expectations for the crispy pork but was slightly disappointed because it was a bit too oily/fatty for my liking. Plus I\'m not a fan of mustard. With that said, it was still a really good burger with generous pieces of meat! The pulled pork burger was really good too. And the handcut fries, yumzzz. 🍟 <\/p>\n\n
I\'m a huge fan of fusion/locally-inspired food so this was definitely up my alley. And \$5 is pretty reasonable for burgers too!<\/p><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
