📍 Booth SB44 (Singapore food expo) ⚊ Tried their Salted Egg Yolk Carrot Cake ($5) and it was strangely satisfying! Who knew salted egg yolk could go well with carrot cake, not us! Their carrot cake was first fried with egg then drizzled with salted egg yolk sauce and served with chilli on the side. We both agreed that their carrot cake was good even without the sauce but wished they were more generous with the eggs and sauce!
