Premium Fishball Noodle (S$6.50)
Available in @YishunParkHC
Like the bouncy texture of the fishballs.
Would prefer the noodles less lumpy together.

Didn't expect to locate this famous Michelin Bib Gourmand 2016 eatery at Yishun park Hawker center. We downloaded Tuck Shop app, TOP up account with cash and head straight to this store. ✌️

First time trying set B. Original Fish ball noodle $4.50. (Dry version, Ipoh Kway Teow noodle) comes with a hot soup and self service fish sauce with sliced Chilli!! 🌢
.
Love the soup, the fish ball, the fish cake, fish dumpling! They are all handmade with high quality ingredients compared to the price we paid. $5.50 ($1 additional as we asked for the tray which can be reimbursed upon tray returning). One of the most fulfilling meal we have in SG! πŸ‘Œ

It's been quite some time since I have actually went for Fishball Noodles at Fishball Story (the previous time being for the collaboration with The Masses) β€” pretty glad that there is one at the North now with the new branch at Yishun Park Hawker Centre.

The Premium Fishball Noodles come with all the goodies; fish skin, fishcake, fish dumplings, fried dumpling and fishballs β€” all the handmade goodies that they are known for. Noodles were springy, while laced with a sauce that was pretty balanced in terms of saltiness and spiciness (you can opt out of chili if you wish) and not too vinegary. The fishballs and fishcakes were springy with a bit of bite; doesn't carry that aftertaste that the mass-produced ones often do and carries a more pronounced flavour of the fish meat used. The fish dumpling were also not too overwhelming in flavour; savoury to the right degree. Quite glad to have one relatively close by to go to!
