Da Paolo

For A Gula Melaka Coconut Pandan Bun
Celebrate with Da Paolo's well-loved Gula Melaka Coconut Pandan Bun ($5.50 each)! Back by popular demand and now available in individual portions, the buns are inspired by the iconic flavours of one of Singapore's most popular desserts. Made with a sweet pandan-infused sourdough, the buns are filled with desiccated coconut and drizzled over with a gula melaka and pandan leaf reduction before being topped with shredded coconut and dusted with icing sugar. Do note that these are subject to availability from Fridays to Sundays and on 9th August itself.

The former features a crispy prawn patty topped with creamy Laksa sauce, a round egg, and fresh purple cabbage slaw, all packed between two lightly-toasted butter buns for the perfect finish. The latter takes a 'chicky' spin on the local favourite with a juicy chicken patty served instead of the prawn.
