For Asian-European Flavours
Perch is an all-day dining sanctuary, perfect for a bit of respite amidst the hustle and bustle of Jewel. Its cosy and chic interior, coupled with an alfresco seating area, is the perfect setting to enjoy their Asian-European fusion dishes. Go for the crowd favourite, Beef Cheeks Bourguignon ($28) sees tender, slow-cooked beef cheeks atop buttery potato mousseline, roasted vegetables and red wine jus. Burppler Olivia Lai said "The beef was so delightfully tender, a rich dish that left us wanting more with each bite." Don't forget to finish with their William Pear Crumble Tart ($13), served with a scoop of luscious champagne vanilla ice cream!

For A Trip To Latin America
For dinner with a magnificent panoramic view of the Rain Vortex, head down to Tonito! They serve up a range of Latin American flavours, ranging from Mexican tacos and quesadilla to Argentinian pasta and even Peruvian stews. Try their refreshing Mexican Ceviche ($25), which consists of fresh seafood, onion salsa and tomato leche, topped with crispy tortilla chips. For a meatier option, go for their Pollo A La Brasa ($25), which impressed Burppler Mei Yee with how tender, juicy and well seasoned it was. Pair your meal with some of their Jarritos Mexican sodas that come in 8 unique and refreshing flavours!

For Contemporary Chinese and Dim Sum
A dual concept with both casual and restaurant sections, Shang Social has it all. For a more formal sit down meal, Shang Social's Dining space offers a combination of Sichuan, Cantonese and Huaiyang dishes. Their Deep Fried Spring Chicken Filled with Fried Glutinous Rice ($52.80) is a show-stopping dish that blew Burppler Justin Teo away, "The crispy skin and succulent flesh of the chicken was delicious on its own, but divine when taken together with other components." Shang Social's more casual Market section also offers an array of quick bamboo noodle bowls, like their signature Pork Prawn Broth Rolled Charsiu Noodles!

For Halal European Dining
From the minds behind popular Western chain COLLIN'S come ElFuego, serving up delectable European fare in Jewel! Offering a choice selection of meats and fish, in both individual and sharing portion. Burppler Bread_ Bakesandcooks complimented their Pan-Roasted Toothfish ($28), served with flower clams and scallion clam sauce, for being flaky and well cooked! If you're with friends, do order their Live French Bouchot Mussels ($36). Think a large platter of fresh mussels, coated in a rich blue cheese sauce and served with sourdough bread. It's truly a feast for friends!

For A Spin on Local Flavours
With alfresco dining on the top floor of Jewel, Herit8ge serves up local flavours that we all know and love, but with a slight twist. Think along the lines of Crispy Chicken Satay Tacos ($21) and Char Siu Pork Ribs ($28).  Herit8ge's Kampung Satay ($22) comes with all the flavours of a satay stall, assembled kebab style! Burppler Jadey Eats enjoyed the "delicious charred bits on the meat, without it being dry, and the peanut sauce that will have you second-dipping." Herit8ge also does local-inspired cocktails, like their Drunk on Chendol ($21), a milky rum-based cocktail with pandan and grass jelly!

For Fine Peranakan Fare
A familiar name in the Peranakan scene, Violet Oon in Jewel aims to delight both local and international guests with their selection of dishes. Don't be fooled by their unassuming looking Chicken Curry with Roti Prata ($24), Violet Oon is known for their curries and sauces and this dish is no exception. Hot, crispy and fluffy Roti Prata paired with outstanding chicken curry is a match made in heaven. For more authentic Peranakan dishes, try their Babi Pong Tay ($19), a flavourful and aromatic slow-braised pork belly, that is melt in your mouth good!

For Coffee and Thai Fusion Pasta
Stepping into Cafe Amazon with its cool green-themed decor and hanging planters is sure to give you rainforest vibes. Well known for their coffees, they serve a variety of unique flavours, like Thai Pandan ($7), Honey Lime Black Coffee ($6), and YinYang ($6). Besides coffee, they also serve all-day breakfasts, and Thai Fusion pasta, like their Tom Yum Shrimps Spaghetti ($15.90), making it a perfect rest and refuel spot while exploring Jewel.

For Norwegian Fast Food
As its name suggests, Pink Fish serves up grub featuring salmon, from poké bowls, to burgers, and even soups. Aside from their crowd favourite poké bowls, their salmon patty burgers are a healthier alternative to a regular beef or chicken burger. Pink Fish also puts a local twist on their Singaporean Burger ($9.90), with sambal slaw, cucumber, pickled onion and salted egg. Their Creamy Nordic Soup ($10.90) was a pleasant surprise for Burppler Audrey & Caddy, they found it buttery and creamy, with large chunks of salmon.

For Japanese Sweet Treats
To end off your gastronomic journey at Jewel, head down to JW360º Cafe for a delectable selection of pastries, ice creams and cakes! They feature classic Japanese flavours like black sesame, matcha, sakura among others. A must-try is their Matcha Mont Blanc ($9), which Burppler Yang Xunsheng described as "A good fusion between the chestnut cream and matcha." He also "absolutely loved the crust, not the usual pie crust but that of a flaky pie." In the spirit of Spring, order their Sakura Raspberry Pie ($9) to celebrate the season!Â
