This Father's Day, treat your dad to a celebratory feast at restaurants that have taken it upon themselves to specially curate menus and craft themed beverages to commemorate the special occasion.

From a lavish four-course set at KOMA and impressive set menus at Town Restaurant to new Happy Hour deals at Tapas,24 and Sol & Luna, here are just a couple of dining ideas to honour the King of the household.

KOMA Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar

For A Lavish & Specially Curated Four-Course Spread
KOMA Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar has whipped up a lavish four-course ($150++ per pax) spread this Father’s Day to honour the men of the hour. Available for dinner from 17 to 19 June, the meal begins with a Shiso Negroni, a special take on the classic cocktail that makes for the perfect apéritif to KOMA’s signature yellowtail jalapeño that's garnished with a spicy blend of aji amarillo, cilantro, soy and lime.

Guests can also feast on a decadent platter of assorted kushiyaki featuring robata-grilled negima, tsukune, tebasaki, uzura egg and asparagus, along with fresh mackerel sushi and salmon sashimi. This is followed by a delightful dessert offering in the form of a fragrant oriental lotus root cake.


For A T-Bone & Wine Pairing 
Drinking at Tapas,24 just got better! The well-loved Barcelonian joint will be launching their all-new Happy Hours which will run between 12pm and 6pm on Tuesday to Friday, and after 10pm* daily.

Bond with Dad over T-bone + Wine ($198) at Tapas,24 and pair their generous cut of Australian meat with a bottle of Marco Abella, Loidana from Catalonia, Spain. The rich aroma of the red fruits including cherry, strawberry and raspberry will go perfectly with the loin steak.

For Asian and Western Takeaway Feasts
This Father’s Day, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore and The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore will be presenting specially curated experiences and treats for the occasion.

Town restaurant will be serving a Father’s Day Brunch with free-flow champagne (Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Reims France NV). Brimming with an array of international and local flavours, the spread will include a trio of caviar, fresh seafood on ice, Hong Kong-style roast meats, Indian curries and more.

For families planning to celebrate at home, there will be Asian and Western takeaway feasts (starting from $380 nett for 4 pax) available as well. Chinese Executive Chef Leong Chee Yeng's six-course bundle dubbed 'Jade’s Nostalgic Bundle' features Chinese classics which can be catered to groups of five ($330 nett) or eight ($522 nett).

Round up the celebration on a sweet note with Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu's ‘Whisky Barrel’ ($105 nett), an indulgent pairing of Guanaja dark chocolate and award-winning Nikka From the Barrel whisky from Japan.


For A Latin American Brunch with Magnificent Dining Views
For a fun-filled family day in the East, head on over to TONITO for an eclectic spread! Located in Jewel Changi Airport, the restaurant happens to be situated near the spectacular HSBC Rain Vortex so you'll definitely get a fantastic view of the indoor waterfall while you're dining.

Kickstart your meal with a hearty Latin American brunch (S$150++ for 2) that consists of a zesty seafood salad, the Mariscos Aguachile that's packed with ocean catches like baby scallops, prawns, and octopus. Then delight in the main course dishes such as the Arroz Con Gandules, a Puerto Rican dish of pork and rice spiced with piquillo peppers, as well as the Cuban Mojo Chicken served with flavoured potato puree and crispy tostadas.

And, of course, this fiesta would not be complete without a Chilean influenced dessert of layered puff pastry, dulce de leche, cream cheese and fruits. Named Torta De Milhojas, this treat is best enjoyed with a Whisky Smash, an incredibly zesty lemon-mint cocktail.

For An Exquisite Set Lunch and Dinner
If you're on the hunt for traditional Chinese cuisine, keep Min Jiang in mind. Their outlet at Goodwood Park Hotel is set to offer delectable six-course lunch and dinner set menus featuring dishes such as Braised Sea Cucumber and Lingzhi Mushroom, Steamed Sea Perch Fillet and Double-boiled Bird’s Nest.

Min Jiang at Dempsey, on the other hand, presents three exquisite 6-course lunch set menus and two 7-course dinner set menus which highlight dishes such as the Trio Dim Sum Platter, Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Dried Scallop and Crispy Silver Hill Duck.

All Father’s Day set menus will also come with complimentary Longevity White Lotus Seed Paste Buns or Longevity ‘Char Siew’ Buns at Goodwood and Dempsey respectively.

Sol & Luna

For A Boozy Affair
Treat Dad to exceptional whiskies and beers at the newly opened Sol & Luna! If he's into whisky, indulge him with single malt Scotch whiskies from the Auchentoshan Whisky Flight (choice of three glasses at $58 nett), available during Aperitivo Hour at 5 to 8pm daily, from 13 to 30 June. Renowned for undergoing a triple distillation process, their award-winning Auchentoshan whiskies are velvety smooth and delicate, making it a versatile option for both whisky novices and aficionados.

Amp up the celebration by opting for the Auchentoshan Whisky Flight Pairing ($203++) that comes with a succulent Wood-Fired Sanchoku F1 Striploin Bone-In Steak (Marbling Score 4/5, 500g) for dinner. The richly marbled and buttery Sanchoku Wagyu steak that's served with fresh tomatoes and a refreshing watercress salad with lemon vinaigrette was definitely made to be savoured with a single malt Scotch whisky on the side. Good for two to three diners, this deal will be available from 13 to 19 June but only during dinner time.


For A Luxurious Experience of Dry-Aged Beef
From 17 June to 17 July, indulge in premium beef and whisky at Binary. The month-long menu features dry-aged 44 Farms USDA Super Prime ribeye from Maturo and whisky from GlenDronach, the second oldest legal whisky producer in Scotland. Guests can opt for either the Asian or Western approach to Binary's Maturo ribeye (250 grams) with Japanese yuzu kosho accompaniments for the former, and red wine sauce and rock salt for the latter.

Raise a toast to your Dad with a glass of GlenDronach Original 12 Years on the house. Do note that this complimentary glass will only be available from 17 to 19 June for fathers who present a photograph of themselves with their child to the staff at Binary.
