Located in the same hotel as Alley on 25, premium steakhouse 665°F, is not just known for its amazing food and wine selection but also the setting of its establishment which boasts a panoramic view of the city to boot. This Easter, you’re in for a treat with their Onsen Egg with Summer Truffle dish. Think sautéed maitake mushrooms, speck ham, and slivers of summer Italian truffles delicately put together to form a nest that encapsulates a cage-free onsen egg (slow-cooked at 63 degrees) atop a bed of hay-smoked potato form.

The creamy yolk accentuates the smokiness of the potato foam, bringing about a delightful contrast of textures and earthy flavours when savoured together. Pair the dish with either a cocktail or a glass of wine and you’ll definitely leave feeling satisfied.

For an Easter-themed Buffet
Journey through flavours from around the world and savour specially curated Easter-themed dishes in the modern residential setting of Estate at the new Hilton Singapore Orchard. The Easter highlights include unlimited freshly shucked oysters, a cheese trolley with an assortment of 24 cheese varieties, and live carvings of meat. Let’s not forget their special egg-themed dishes such as the Swedish Egg Omelette with Trout Roe and Dill, Quail Egg Niçoise Salad, Avocado Deviled Egg, Easter Scotch Egg, and of course the Eggnog Chocolate Cake.

The Capitol Kempinski Hotel’s signature restaurant will pull all the stops with its Sunday Punch & Brunch ($168++ per adult for food only, $148++ per child, $48++ for free-flow rum punch, sparkling wine and house wines, $68++ for champagne beverage package, $118++ for vintage beverage package) which will feature a bottomless offering of rum and gin punches, as well as Easter-inspired Asian dishes.

Some highlights from the feast include the Cold Seafood Plate stacked with poached Maine lobsters, freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters, chilled black tiger prawns, steamed Australian blue mussels, and Himalayan salt-cured yellowtail kingfish. But that's not all, diners will also be to unlimited servings of Organic Egg Curd, Foie Gras, Double-Boiled Ginseng Broth, Devil Egg, Smoked Wagyu Beef Short Rib and Poached Hen’s Egg.

The restaurant’s signature Cheese Wagon will also make its appearance with unlimited delicious cheeses including to choose from. These are complemented with Muscatels, Dried Fruits, Chutneys, and Lavash.

If you're after a glorious panoramic view of the Marina Bay skyline, the world's highest urban microbrewery, LeVeL33, is the place for you this holiday as they have crafted a delicious Easter Weekend Set ($108++, good for 2) which will be available on Good Friday until Easter Sunday.

The set will feature a slow-roasted Australian lamb shoulder that has been cured for 3 hours in aromatic rosemary and thyme before being slow-cooked for 12-hours till fork-tender. The dish is complete with a sweet and tangy glaze made from their own house-brewed stout and a gently aged balsamic vinegar.

Paired with delicious sides such as the crisp red Australian cabbage enriched with pecorino cheese and Lager vinaigrette, along with fluffy roasted potatoes, this is perfection in a meal.

Alley on 25

For an Easter Eggs Platter
Have a cracking good time at all-day dining restaurant Alley on 25 at Andaz Singapore with their exciting Easter Brunch ($98 per pax) replete with delectable delights and beverages. Food-wise, a Sharing Seafood & Meat Platter showcasing Wild Caught Red Snapper, Smoked Japanese Eel, Black Angus Beef Ribeye, Rotisserie Free Range Chicken, Pasture Fed Lamb Neck and the Hokkaido Pork Loin.
