Burppler Janine H ordered the Lamb Shank ($26) and was “amazed by how tender and juicy it is. Perfectly done, with a flavourful sauce that complemented the taste of the lamb so well.” Get a taste of the sea with their Deep Sea Mussels ($18), umami King Prawns ($24) and sweet White Clams ($17).

Located in the heart of CBD, kick back and relax at this cosy restobar along Boon Tat Street for modern grill dishes with an Asian twist! Tuck into the Seafood Risotto ($32), Kurobota Pork Collar ($38) or the Iberico Pork Tomahawk ($48) if you're looking for a filling meal of tender, flavourful meat. Burppler Ade Tan especially enjoyed the Bone-In Short Ribs ($38) with it's "Fork-pull-apart level of soft tender meat that was flavoured so beautifully with red wine jus."

For Charcoal Grilled Whisky Ribeye
This casual grill concept is a great choice for an intimate group gathering. Have their tender Charcoal Grilled Whisky Ribeye ($26), which was Burppler Gladys Tan’s favourite dish of the night. Best enjoyed medium rare, “the ribeye steak is marinated in whiskey and fresh herbs and grilled till medium perfection. The meat is flavourful, juicy and tender, and the flavours are accentuated by a dash of sea salt and red wine sauce served on the side.” The flaky and moist Charcoal Grilled Salmon ($25) will not disappoint as it comes bathed in malt and served with their signature garlic chilli.

Find this gem in Great World City for quality grilled meats and umami burgers! With a pick-and-grill option available, you'll get to choose your preferred cut at the butchery and have it grilled to your preference for a nominal fee. If you're spoilt for choice, their must-orders include the 100 Days Grain-Fed Sirloin Steak ($24) with creamy mushroom sauce and Free Range Pork Chops ($24), which impressed Burppler A (:. "Pork chops were thick and meaty and they were also juicy, moist and chewy (: Tasted some good char as well! Good enough on its own without the sauce!"
