Fat Belly Group Singapore is a hidden gem that has redefined my steakhouse experience. Their Full Blood Wagyu - Denver steak was a masterpiece, with its tender texture and rich, buttery flavor that left me craving for more. Accompanied by the perfectly cooked Steak & Eggs, it was a symphony of savory delights. And to my surprise, the Burrata Caprese added a refreshing twist to the meal, with its creamy cheese and burst of flavors from the tomatoes. Ended my meal on a sweet note with their Classic New York Cheesecake with strawberry compote, a heavenly dessert that provided the perfect balance of sweetness and creaminess. This steakhouse near Bukit Timah has truly raised the bar!

My first time at this steakhouse in Bukit Timah. Never knew such good steak existed till now. Enjoyed their cut of meat and it was cooked perfectly. I was also super impressed by the charred broccolini. Even non-vegetable lovers would enjoy it. Overall had a fantastic meal and would definitely come back again!

Came all the way to Botanic Gardens to have this amazing steak! The steak here never disappoints. Was served a perfect medium rare as requested. In the picture is Steak and eggs which was so good. Not to mention, the sides are absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t stop eating the toasted sourdough which was crispy but so fluffy inside! The charred broccolini with a special fusion sauce was super tasty too. Love coming here for intimate meals and good steak

Fat Belly wowed us with their amazing wagyu beef (2GR Full Blood Wagyu MS 8/9 - Denver) grilled to perfection. The tender meat, paired with roasted garlic, was a flavor explosion.

We started with tasty Burrata Caprese and Toasted Sourdough bread.

The breakfast fry up was a treat, featuring truffle eggs, mushrooms, snail sausage, and grilled bacon slab. Each bite was delightful.

We also had the Broccolini and ended off with a yummy classic New York cheesecake 😋

Fat Belly surpassed my expectations with their wagyu beef. Their waygu beef (2GR Full blood Wagyu MS 8/9 - Denver) was perfectly grilled over charcoal to a mouthwatering medium rare. The tenderness and flavor were amazing, enhanced by the savory roasted garlic. Truly amazing.

To start, we indulged in the delightful combination of burrata caprese and toasted sourdough bread. The sourdough bread had a satisfying crunch, complementing the creamy burrata perfectly.

One of the highlights was the breakfast fry up, which featured delicious truffle eggs, seasoned mushrooms, snail sausage, and a scrumptious grilled bacon slab. The addition of the snail sausage added a unique twist to the dish, while the bacon slab provided a savory, smoky flavor that was simply irresistible. The sourdough bread once again proved to be an excellent accompaniment.
