We ordered this pizza as it was supposed to have been made with Pizzamaru's signature black sesame dough and we found the idea of that pretty novel. However, while the pizza base was pretty floury, there wasn't much of a black sesame taste. Nonetheless, we were surprised to find that the outer rim of the pizza contained a decadent quantity of cheese mousse (tasted like cheese + custard) inside it and this was certainly one of a kind! The pizza certainly lives up to it's name as the dough itself felt like a healthier alternative to western pizzas and there wasn't an oily texture to it.

For the ingredients, it was mostly chicken chunks with a lot of mozzarella cheese and BBQ sauce. The sauce isnt really spicy however so spice-haters don't have to worry too much about it. The pizza was around $30++ and because the dough is really thick, it is way more than enough to feed 2 pax and it may even be able to feed up to 3 pax unless everyone is a big eater!
