Fragrant and soft waffles paired with crispy breaded chicken that had a decent meat:batter ratio, cheddar cheese, and spiced bearnaise sauce. Did feel that the poached egg was a tad out of place but enjoyed the overall sweet-savory combination, enhanced by distinct pandan aroma from the waffles.
