The succulent steak (otherwise also known as Porterhouse) was accompanied with well-rested juices within it, and has a better meat-to-fat balance. The crusty surface char of the bone was probably the best part, with smoky and robust aroma of the scrumptious meat.
Beef lovers will definitely be satisfied with the premium and quality bone-in cuts as well as the tender goodness of the dry-aged cuts.
