The name's a mouthful, but think of this as a truffle sliced beef Don with Foie Gras with an Onsen egg in the middle. A pretty enjoyable bowl at $22 where all comes with a savoury sauce and Furikake for better flavour — the Foie Gras was melt-in-the-mouth and smothered in the savoury sauce so it doesn't come too gamey and quite enjoyable in my opinion, though the beef requires a little more consistency for a more even texture (some were a little overdone and gamey though some are fine), not forgetting that whiff of truffle that is enough to taste without running into the beef or rice. Overall a bowl I don't mind having and would pay for, especially if anyone is in for their $8 per glass Shochu or $10 cocktails after dinner!
