First bite of the Cheeseburger ($15/$10 on Tues) and the quality of the beef patty stands out immediately, being juicy and flavourful, albeit lacking a significant charred crust. There is an underlying piquancy in the background, from slices of raw red onions and pickles—the sharpness and tartness a required addition to cut through the rich meat and plenty of sauce which, although appreciated, caused the bottom bun to succumb to a state of relative sogginess.
