As this was being brought out, you can almost instantly smell the aroma of the 8 spice permeated the air. My guess would be the mixture includes nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves as it naturally fills the area into a spice room. As the name suggests, there is no dairy added and instead extra virgin olive oil, oats flour and chunky apples were used in the making of this dessert. Mix in some of the creme anglaise before eating.
