As part of @morganfieldssingapore ‘s recent new menu, one dish that certainly caught my attention is this tequila spiced chicken ($23.90) as pictured, largely due to the word ‘tequila’ 😆.

It is first marinated in spicy tequila, lime and paprika, and then char-grilled to give it a slight char. The result is a tangy, zesty meaty goodness, with just that slight tinge of smokiness. My gripe on this? If there could be a stronger tang of tequila (I could barely taste it).
