The owner might had gone mad. $15 a duck! Where would their profit be!!! Crazy Q at Chinatown outlet which might take you more than 3 hours. However I passed by their second outlet at Mohamed Sultan where they have NO Q. .

I am pretty sure they weren't using fresh duck but for its price, I can accept that they used frozen or fresh chilled ones. .

The "creator" cleverly used clove, cinnamon stick, garlic and other spices to mask the frozen taste. The duck came with "zero" fat which also mean it could be on the dry side. Thankful, the meat was really soft. So my conclusion, $15 was really worth it.
