Surf ‘n’ Turf was also another elevated version of combining seafood and red meat. I felt that lup cheong ‘bolognese’ was the star of the dish; it somehow elevated the freshness of the tiger prawns and sourness from the pickled cucumber. All the ingredients complimented each other perfectly
