If we had to pick one dessert it would be this for sure! The pears were deliciously baked and went well with the buttery pie crust, but we felt that the crust was a little too flour-y. The lavender ice cream 🍨 that was served alongside pleasantly delivered its herbal notes too! However our main gripe was its really icy texture; maybe the water content in the ice cream was too high.
