Vin Geek is interpreted as the wine geek, whereby the restaurant is a purveyor of a wide range of wines, especially from France and Italy, from the easy-to-drink selections to the premium ranges. When you are dining in, there is a limited selection of wines that are available via the wine dispenser that you can sample based on your volume preference. From white wine to red and rosé, you have an option to select your desired quantity of pour in three tasting measures of 30ml, 90ml and 150ml, and pay accordingly thereafter. This way, you have a chance to sample a flight of wines during your drinking experience.

To go alongside the wines, there is a menu of food from salads to small plates and for the hungry, there are pastas, mains and even a seacuterie of cured fish platter. We got the Burrata salad which is the centrepiece surrounded by arugula and cherry tomatoes, with a generous drizzle of balsamic vinegar, the Salt-N-Pepa Squid ($18) that has been tempura battered and served with a black ink mayonnaise and the Crab Cake ($22) which is a huge wild-caught Jonah crab meat patty that is paired with a sweet chilli sauce.
