Honestly I wasn't very impressed. The truffle at best, is a gimmick. The smell or mild taste was not present.

The in house cured bacon and salmon was admirable but not impressive. Possible what impress me was the massive size that is worth the money, that you are paying for. But definitely not worth the calories, that is being stuff into your belly.

The cured salmon is fishy, and probably not fresh. And if it is supposed to be smoked, it definitely did not have a smoked flavour to it. The bacon, is admirable, but I have tasted better.

A meh meal, but thankful with good company.
