Upon cutting, glorious and rich matcha fondant flowed out. Pairing the thick fondant with the crispy exterior was a yummy mix of two textures. The matcha was not overpowering and the dessert never got gelat (too rich) as the ricotta cheese, crumble, yuzu peel and red beans added extra and refreshing flavors to the #matcha dessert
