There's been an overkill of waffle and ice cream places of late and generally most places are...meh...

Found this creative creation of lava cookie topped with ice cream on Burpple and thought I gave it a go.

To my amazement, the lemon curd ice cream I got was really well made and the matcha lava cookie was really good. Loved every bite of it!

Thanks guys for satisfying my taste buds! Will be back for more of your lovely dessert.
