The 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗼𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗮 featured one whole lobster (halved) juxtaposed with crispy beancurd skin and an egg on top of capellini that was firm to the bite. The fresh, crunchy lobster was sublime, but the laksa gravy could’ve been more fragrant and spicy. Still, this was a commendable dish.

The dishes at Perch are well thought out and deftly executed. Some dishes didn’t hit the mark, but the majority showed flashes of brilliance and strokes of ingenuity. And with deals on Burpple Beyond, Perch is always an astute choice for dinner.
