I couldn’t get enough of torched salmon with mentaiko sauce, and the 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗶 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗼𝗻 ($11.90) satiated my cravings. This was an excellent rice bowl, but compared to its Chirashi counterpart, it had to take a back seat.
