Oyster mushrooms, bacon-wrapped enoki, cumin lamb, beef (fat and lean), pork, Orleans chicken thigh. The beef was the best due to its fragrant fats, while Orleans chicken thigh can't go wrong, but overall the skewers here were disappointing.
