This petite pot actually carries 6 chunky cuts of the beef rib and brisket. Served in cast-iron ware in a flaming base which keeps the stew in the right temperature. The beef has the right amount of collagen and fats which gives it that really beefy flavours. Served with (tapioca) glass noodles or topokki (Korean rice cake) your choice, so technically you can eat it on its own. You can request for extra topping of cheese or collagen - featuring on the table menu - your have that feel that your skin will get that extra glow with so much 好料! Really tasty marinate and stew sauce, which goes well with the brown or rather purple rice that they only serve. I bet this goes well with a baguette or sourdough.
