Pairing orange peel with Peking Duck was pretty interesting! It gives a fruity and tangy flavour to the smoky roasted duck. I usually don’t like eating duck, but they sliced it really thin, hence it did not feel very dry. The wrap was not really good as it felt powdery and a little too thick. Nevertheless, the crispy duck skin and orange peel made this a pleasant meal to start the dinner.
