In addition to the roast pork, char siew and roast duck, the stall also has a selection of sausages, soya sauce chicken and a not-commonly-seen item, roasted squid. Reasonably priced with quality standards, you can’t get any better than this. Another surprise that you might have noticed is that beneath the mountain of meats, you will not find any cucumbers but instead, the stall serves it with blanched HK kailan, which is traditionally served the same way in Hong Kong.
