I had lunch at D.O.C and we shared a beautiful plate of Burrata ($28) for starters. It comes with 150g of Burrata cheese, parma ham, rocket salad and cherry tomatoes. This burrata is light and creamy, and it complements the savoury parma ham. This is refreshing and effortless tasty.
