Despite the relatively higher-end pricetag that came along with this dish, I would gladly say JUST TAKE MY MONEY. A new addition to @southunionpark β€˜s current revamped menu, this seafood risotto comprises of squid ink risotto along with a medley of assorted seafood components: prawns, clams, squid, octopus, as well as roasted red peppers. Despite the long time we spent taking photos, the risotto still retained a creamy, thick and slightly grainy texture, one that resembled a hybrid of congee and rice, the ideal kind of risotto texture for me! ✌🏻 πŸ’– The characteristic seafood-sque flavour was one that spoke freshness, contributing to a piquant flavour profile, along with the other fresh seafoode elements, this dish is highly recommended if you are a fan of seafood! πŸ‘πŸ» On a side note, this was my 4th visit to South Union Park a few weeks back, and definitely not my last! ✨ Each visit never fails to disappoint, and in fact, each meal that I had always left a positive impression behind, be it the food or serviceπŸ˜‹πŸ™†πŸ»β€β™€οΈ. Looking forward to try out the other items in the current menu again (and perhaps soon)before it undergoes an occasional revamp again🀭.
