I really liked this dish! The rice was warm, topped with fresh sashimi-grade salmon which was torched twice for the mentaiko to be nicely torched while the fish was not too raw. The salmon was really soft and fresh, and pulled apart so easily. The mentaiko was umami and creamy, and went really well with the salmon. The don came with a bowl of miso soup which wasn’t too salty and went well with the rice.
