Fatty layer melting in your chew, this one has been stewed for hours in their secret recipe. Dissolving deliciousness it is, though it would have tasted even better could the vinegar have been sharper. The leaner layers of pork tears tender, and soft is the meat. It's a dish best you delight with rice drenched in that sinfully greasy gravy. So thick and fragrant is the savoury braise, ending with a light caramelisation and a hint of spices. 🤤
