๐Ÿฑ - Smoked Duck Focaccia:
The sourdough bread and picked onions are on the mostly sour side, but thankfully they do not overpower the sweetness of the duck. The pickled onions really opened up the palette. Yes the bread contains oil but at least itโ€™s not too greasy. As much as I love the flavourful duck, itโ€™s a tad too dry (???) mainly cos itโ€™s served in chunks. I wished the duck meat is thinly sliced instead of just chunks. Overall not bad for a focaccia.

๐Ÿฑ - Pesto Mushroom Focaccia:
The buttery and garlicky flavours slightly overpowered the sourdough taste, but nevertheless the toppings do not disappoint. As usual the sourdough bread is doughy, well-baked with no raw dough anywhere. Lots of mushrooms means lots of umami, and even the pesto levels up the taste. If anything this is better than the smoked duck focaccia. 100/10 here.

๐Ÿฑ - Kouign Amann:
Flaky, crunchy, sweet, delicious. $5 per pop isnโ€™t necessarily cheap but at least it fills your tummy even for a small snack. Enough said.
