Another stunner. The sotong had an excellent texture, much better than most. It's mainly tha bounce without chewiness that's particularly impressive.

The flavour was great too. It's mainly sourness but despite how it sounds, it's not sharp at all. There's still umami underneath it all and overall it's very addictive, and a savoury dish not a sour one
