Birthday Sashimi Special

One of the items served during the omakase @teppeijapaneserestaurant , this was the birthday sashimi special prepared for guests who were celebrating their birthday at the restaurant. At $88 per pax, I was presently surprised that they were extremely fun, hospitable and generous with the servings. In all, service comprised 15 dishes. Will be featuring some of the more prominent dishes in the next few posts!

For this sashimi special, the chef had put everything good into this one of a kind birthday cake. Uni, ikura, ika, truffle and many other sashimi sat atop japanese rice. If you enjoy teppei's chirashi, you'll be sure to love this even more! You'll also be quite amused by the way they serve this dish😉!
