Hand ground meat served in fresh daily baked bread. Comes with a side of crispy fries. Very decent value at $10, and tasty too.

In contrast, the additional order of fries (in the background) with truffle oil, parmesan cheese and garlic priced at $10 was not worth it. It was a little mild and I couldn't really taste the truffle nor garlic.

The Butcher's Kitchen, opened by The Butcher of Holland Village, took over the space occupied by Bottura in Suntec City. It had a decently priced menu. Worth paying a visit to if you are in Suntec City.
