Happened to walk past Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory at the basement of Raffles City replacing dessert.cup — the set-up felt reminiscent to LeTao especially with similar offerings, though a slight difference would be how Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory also serves two types of soft-serve ice-cream (Milk, Cheese and a "Twist" version with both) in different forms as well.

While the soft-serve are both available in cup of their signature CheeseCone, the Sundae comes strictly in cup form and comes with a slice of their Milk Cheesecake and a Salt & Camembert Cookie. Opted for the Twist here — both soft-serves were smooth and light; the Cheese soft-serve carries a light hint of cheesiness but I was expecting something that was slightly more punchy. Between the two toppings, I preferred the cookie over the cheesecake; the former creates a complimenting saltiness to the sweet soft-serve while the latter was a little too dense and icy somehow.
